Production Timeline
– As a luxury fashion brand, each piece is handcrafted with the utmost care. Production timelines vary based on the complexity of the design and materials required.
– Standard production time: 2-4 weeks (may vary based on customization).
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification via email or WhatsApp with the tracking details.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees will be calculated based on the delivery address and provided during the order confirmation.
Important Notes
- - Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM on business days.
- - We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Refunds Policy

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:
- - The product received has a manufacturing defect.
- - The item does not match the agreed-upon design specifications.
- - The order was significantly delayed beyond the confirmed timeline without prior notice.
Non-Refundable Items
– Custom orders that meet the agreed-upon design and quality specifications cannot be refunded.
– Refunds are not provided for delays caused by customs or other factors beyond our control.
Refund Process
– To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via:

- - Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Approved Refunds
- - Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
- - If you paid via bank transfer, please provide your bank details for reimbursement.
Cancellations
- - Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
