Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:
- The product received has a manufacturing defect.
- The item does not match the agreed-upon design specifications.
- The order was significantly delayed beyond the confirmed timeline without prior notice.
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom orders that meet the agreed-upon design and quality specifications cannot be refunded.
- Refunds are not provided for delays caused by customs or other factors beyond our control.

Approved Refunds
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
- If you paid via bank transfer, please provide your bank details for reimbursement.
Cancellations
- Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
